Dick Lopez, CHB, President and Founder of DL Business Broker Inc. -formerly Lodging Property Brokers Inc., - began his real estate career in 1971 and has more than 35 years of experience specific to the hospitality industry representing Sellers and Buyers. Dick has analyzed and advised on hundreds of transactions ranging from single asset investment sales to strategic portfolio dispositions and acquisitions. As a result of his extensive and exceptional service to the industry’s investment community, Dick has developed a unique broker skill set and a vast network of industry relationships that he leverages to help clients make informed investment decisions in the prevailing market conditions. Dick is active in the industry and is a recipient of the Noah L. Canfield Distinguished Service Award recognizing dedicated leadership and service to the hospitality industry. He served on the Board of Directors for Hotel Brokers International from 1999 to 2014 and was Board President in 2005.
